The role plays a key part in coordinating underwriting planning and reforecast processes, ensuring consistency between plans, performance reporting and portfolio metrics. The Underwriting Performance Manager contributes to the development and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks, tools and governance, and acts as a trusted partner to underwriting teams in understanding results, risks and opportunities. About youExperience working within the Lloyd's market and a strong understanding of Lloyd's performance, planning and reporting requirements is essentialExperience in underwriting performance, portfolio management, actuarial, finance or a related analytical role within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of underwriting performance metrics, portfolio management and profitability drivers. Experience working within or supporting the Lloyd's market, including Lloyd's reporting and performance management requirements. Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior underwriting and business leaders.
