Responsibilities
- Own performance measurement and analysis across digital marketing channels (web, email, social, paid media, SEO)
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks and KPI measures
- Lead testing, experimentation and optimisation programme and roadmap
- Act as SME for digital analytics, attribution and measurement
- Partner with technology and external agencies for accurate tracking and tagging
- Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to improve digital experiences and outcomes
- Support technical SEO and website optimisation initiatives
- Champion AI, automation and emerging tech to enhance reporting and insights
- Establish measurement standards and data governance across marketing
- Own the digital insight and optimisation roadmap and identify strategic opportunities
- Provide data-driven recommendations that influence channel strategy and investment
Key requirements
- Strong experience in digital analytics or marketing analytics
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience
- Experience with attribution models, event tracking and conversion measurement
- Understanding of website analytics, customer journeys and digital metrics
- Experience developing reporting frameworks, dashboards and KPIs
- Track record of turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience leading optimisation and experimentation programmes
- Knowledge of digital channels (web, email, social, paid media, SEO)
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology and data
- Curiosity for emerging tech like AI and automation in marketing
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, BrightEdge or similar tools would be advantageous
