Location: London Hybrid role, happy to talk flexible working.

As an IT Business Analysis Manager, you’ll manage and mentor a team of analysts while acting as the vital link between business and IT. You’ll shape strategy, drive agile delivery, and lead process and systems analysis to unlock value across the organisation. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategic roadmaps, deliver meaningful change, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and industry experts alike. Having the right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role. QBE may consider sponsorship at its discretion.

Your new role

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels in IT and business.
  • Experience of managing cross functional teams and matrix management.
  • Experience of negotiating and influencing executive level sponsors.
  • Proven experience of interpreting business strategy and translating this into IT strategy.
  • Significant business analysis experience, including managing multiple projects and complex projects using various delivery methodologies.
  • Experience of managing and working with IT external vendors.
  • Significant experience in the insurance industry.
  • Project management experience, business analysis and improvement experience.
  • Experience managing or leading others with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Some experience in a similar tech service environment within related industries.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, agile, collaborative environment.
