The Opportunity
The Customer team at QBE plays a pivotal role in keeping claims on track and providing the excellent customer service that QBE prides itself on.
Your new role
- Answering the main phone lines and responding to Broker and insured queries
- Reviewing and responding to all email broker updates
- Collating and responding to bulk Broker and insured update requests
- Chasing indemnity information
- Chasing witness statements for any non-fault matters
- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain databases and documentation including the logging of new claims within agreed service levels, in order to allow the Claims team to offer an excellent standard of service
About you
- Strong organisational and analytical skill able to prioritize
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate level of understanding of Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.
