Overview of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Project & Program Management Lead to join the Change function, supporting both the Insurance and Reinsurance portfolios. Acting as a key link between Portfolio, Programme and Business stakeholders, you will provide visibility across change activity, ensuring senior leaders have clear, accurate and insightful reporting on project status, risks, dependencies and financial performance.
Working closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers and Business Owners, you will consolidate portfolio information, produce executive-level reporting and support governance activities across a complex change environment. This role requires someone who understands how change is delivered within large organisations and can build strong relationships to influence, challenge and drive accountability across multiple stakeholders.

Your New Role
Produce insightful reporting and analysis on the health of the Insurance and Reinsurance change portfolios.
Maintain project governance standards, methodologies and reporting practices in line with PMO guidelines.
Support Project Managers and Business Leads in monitoring delivery milestones and commitments, highlighting risks, issues and potential impacts where appropriate.
Monitor resource utilisation and support capacity planning across the change portfolio.
Maintain and update portfolio roadmaps, ensuring accurate visibility of project status, progress, risks and dependencies.
Develop and track project performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and Change leadership teams.
Identify, assess and report portfolio risks, partnering with Programme Managers to support mitigation and escalation activities.
Consolidate project, portfolio and financial information to support senior leadership reporting.
Act as a central point of contact for portfolio insights, reporting and stakeholder communications, building strong relationships across Change and the business.
Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance frameworks, reporting tools and project management templates.
About You
Experience within PMO, portfolio management or change delivery environments, ideally within insurance, reinsurance or financial services.
Strong understanding of change delivery lifecycles, governance processes and portfolio reporting within complex business environments.
Experience producing high-quality reporting and dashboards for senior leadership audiences.
Proficient in project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, JIRA and SharePoint.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence, challenge and build relationships with Programme Managers, Business Owners and senior leaders.
Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex project, risk and financial information, providing clear and meaningful insights to support decision-making.
