As part of the QBE team, you’ll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind.**Your new role**This role blends **commercial insight, broker engagement, and operational delivery**:* **Broker engagement & market exposure*** Support interactions with key broker partners — preparing for meetings, capturing insights, and contributing to broker conversations.* **Performance insight & analysis** Turn data into meaningful insight — identifying trends, tracking performance, and supporting decision-making across the facilities portfolio.* **Shaping a new function** Help define how we manage facilities — improving processes, building tools, and embedding consistency across governance and reporting.* **Facility lifecycle support** Contribute to onboarding and renewals — coordinating inputs, supporting evaluations, and ensuring a smooth internal process.* **Cross-functional collaboration** Act as a key link between underwriting, distribution, and operations — ensuring alignment and driving actions forward.* **Commercial discipline** Support financial tracking and MI to maintain a clear view of performance and value delivery.**About You**We’re looking for someone who is **curious, proactive, and commercially minded**, with the confidence to step into a visible, evolving role:* Experience in insurance, distribution, or a commercial/operational environment* Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and drawing insights* Confident communicator who can build relationships both internally and with brokers* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities* Proactive and keen to improve processes — not just maintain them* Working towards (or interested in) Cert CII / ACII**Benefits**We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
