The purpose of this role is to effectively administer rehabilitation services, ensuring compliance with QBE policies and procedures while meeting the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.
Your new role:
- Reporting to the Rehab Manager, you will provide effective administration of European Operations rehabilitation services, ensuring they are in line with QBE policies and procedures and meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation and implementation of Rehabilitation team plans to ensure operational considerations are included.
- Determine own work priorities and activities in line with agreed plans to achieve personal and team objectives.
- Adhere to all relevant internal policies, procedures, and Clinical Governance processes for a compliant rehabilitation service.
- Maintain accurate data collection on the Claims Center to provide evidence of costs and savings.
- Manage the audit plan for suppliers and partners, providing accurate information to the Rehabilitation Manager.
- Assist in delivering rehabilitation services to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal stakeholders to build and maintain relationships supporting profitable business acquisition and retention.
- Liaise with Underwriters and Risk Managers to identify service requirements for QBE policyholders.
- Meet with policyholders and attend stakeholder meetings to promote, embed, and review QBE rehabilitation services.
About You:
- Previous Healthcare experience
- Recognised Clinical qualification; HCPC registered Psychologist is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce detailed reports at various levels
- Confident MS Office user (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

- MI creation techniques and software; creation of reports
