Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage documentation for new and renewal cases, mid‑term changes, and local underwriting input.
  • Advise underwriters on local servicing costs, taxes, tariffs and retentions to support accurate pricing.
  • Issue clear instructions to servicing offices and manage policy schedules and reinsurance slips.
  • Monitor payments and collections to maintain a healthy cash position.
  • Use appropriate tools to calculate and allocate taxes across premium distributions.
  • Track and analyse programme performance, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain data quality across systems and ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support audits and peer reviews.
  • Act as a buddy to less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in servicing multinational insurance programmes within general insurance.
  • Good understanding of territorial insurance regulations and best practice methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and collaborative.
  • Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • 30 days holiday a year, with the option to buy up to 2 additional days.
  • Flexible working – including part‑time, job share and compressed hours.
  • Pension – automatic enrollment with employer contributions of 10% of basic salary.
  • Private medical insurance – comprehensive cover for you and your family.
  • Family friendly policies – 26 weeks leave at full pay regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation or how you become a parent.
  • Short‑term remote work abroad – up to 20 days per year to work remotely from certain locations abroad.
  • Sustainable investing – pension strategy supports net‑zero goals.
