The opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Multinational Servicing Expert (MSE). This is a full-time, permanent position based in either our Chelmsford or London office.
This is more than just process work- it’s your chance to be the face of our business, working directly with brokers and top-tier clients. Your New Role
As a Multinational Servicing Executive, you’ll be the single point of contact for our clients within your defined geographic region, coordinating multinational insurance programmes through their full lifecycle - from quote and bind to policy admin and cashflow management.
You’ll report into the Multinational Service Manager and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including our internal global network team, underwriters, external partners, brokers, and clients. You’ll also work closely with Producing Underwriting teams on both new business pitches and renewals, providing regular updates and solving problems as they arise.
Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Producing Office Underwriters to implement and manage complex, compliant multinational insurance programmes.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Credit Control and Global Network Managers to ensure seamless programme delivery.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Servicing Offices, brokers, and other stakeholders to maintain programme visibility and alignment.
  • Prepare and manage programme documentation, including new and renewal information, mid-term changes, and local underwriting input.
  • Provide Underwriters with detailed insights on local servicing costs, taxes, tariffs, and retentions to support accurate pricing.
  • Issue clear and accurate instructions to Servicing Offices and manage local policy schedules and reinsurance cession slips.
  • Oversee local payments and central collections to maintain a healthy cash position.
  • Use appropriate tools to calculate and allocate taxes accurately across premium distributions.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of multinational programmes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including peer reviews, audits, and mentoring colleagues as a subject matter expert.

Skills you\'ll need:
  • Experience in servicing Multinational insurance Programmes from working within General Insurance
  • Great understanding of the regulatory and legal aspects of territorial insurance covers and best practice methodologies
  • A collaborative mindset with clear and thoughtful communication skills—both written and verbal—and the confidence to ask questions and interpret information effectively.
  • A naturally organised approach, with the ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks, and stay focused when juggling multiple pieces of work.
  • A curious and analytical way of thinking, with great attention to detail and the ability to work through challenges using insight and initiative.
