The Opportunity

This is a great entry point into the world of Reward & Performance, where you’ll support the delivery of reward programmes, analyse data, and help ensure processes run smoothly across the business. You’ll gain exposure to annual pay and performance cycles, benefits administration, and global reward initiatives — all while learning from an experienced Centre of Excellence team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Reward, HR analytics, or People operations. Your new role

As a Reward & Performance Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of reward and performance activities across the business, working closely with the UK and global Reward Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of QBE’s Reward & Performance programmes and how they support the wider People strategy.
  • Support end to end annual pay, bonus, and performance review processes, including data validation and process checks.
  • Assist with the collection, analysis, and presentation of reward and performance data to support decision making.
  • Help administer core and flexible benefits, resolving queries and supporting ongoing scheme maintenance.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the People team and wider business.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Support wider People and Reward projects, including participation in global Reward initiatives.

About you

You don’t need deep reward expertise, but ideally you will have some hands on experience in reward, compensation, benefits, or a related analytics or operations role, combined with curiosity and strong attention to detail. You’ll bring:
