We are looking for a capable and motivated person to join our team as People and Office Manager at the new Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration. The People and Office Manager will provide crucial support for our team of staff and volunteers. They will manage fair and inclusive recruitment, induction, training, rota and exit processes, supporting people to thrive during their employment with us. They will provide administration and minutes for the Board of Trustees. They will ensure that the office environment and systems support effective and accessible working practices.
The successful candidate will be a highly-capable, organised and proactive administrator, with a deep commitment to equity, representation and inclusion. We champion art that is dynamic, diverse and inclusive; we want our team to reflect that. We’re very happy to explore alternative working patterns. In recognition of underrepresentation in our staff team we will be offering guaranteed interviews to D/deaf and disabled applicants whose applications meet the essential criteria listed in the Job Pack.
37.5 hours per week. We are open to discussing 0.8 or 0.9 contracts and job-shares.
