About the Role
Due to continued growth and new contract wins, an experienced Site Manager is required to oversee multiple large-scale passive fire protection (PFP) projects valued between 2m and 4m. You will take full ownership of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Working closely with senior management, you will lead site teams and subcontractors while acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of fire safety systems, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple PFP projects from start to completion
- Oversee installation of fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation, and containment systems
- Supervise direct labour and subcontractors on site
- Ensure all works meet fire safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall performance
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety/quality checks
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and photographic evidence using digital tools
- Liaise with clients, residents, and internal teams in live environments (including social housing)
