Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on prestigious, high-end residential projects across London. Our office is in Essex, but you will travel to site daily by train (travel card provided) and also work closely with our in-house mechanical team to deliver exceptional quality installations.
This role suits a hands-on supervisor with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working on premium residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical works on high-end residential projects
- Manage electrical operatives and subcontractors on site
- Ensure all works are delivered to the highest quality and finish
- Coordinate closely with the mechanical team to ensure smooth integration of services
- Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Carry out site inspections, snagging, and quality control
- Report progress to project managers and attend site meetings as required
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician
- Strong background in high-end residential projects (Preferred)
- Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on site
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail
- Full right to work in the UK
