Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)

We are a well–established MEP Consultancy with over 60 years of experience delivering high–quality engineering solutions across the UK and Ireland. With a growing presence in London now accounting for around 50% of our workload we are looking to expand our team with a talented Building Services Engineer.

Role

You will play a key role in the design and delivery of building services projects across a range of sectors including commercial offices, residential developments, PBSA, and hotels. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward–thinking consultancy with a strong pipeline of London–based work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver building services designs across full project lifecycle (RIBA Stages 1-6)
  • Work on large-scale commercial and residential developments
  • Produce and review detailed design drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants
  • Ensure compliance with current and upcoming regulations and standards
  • Attend client and design team meetings
  • Support project delivery from concept through to handover
  • Use AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality technical drawings
  • Contribute to value engineering and commercial decision-making
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Building Services Engineering
  • Proven experience on large-scale projects (offices, residential, PBSA, hotels)
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of construction economics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience across the full design cycle from Stage 1 to completion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
