Responsibilities
- Lead with vision: Shape the strategic direction for our corporate sales team, identifying opportunities to drive growth through innovative commercial actions and partnerships.
- Accelerate revenue: Design and deliver powerful sales plans that optimize revenue performance, secure new business, ensure a continuous pipeline of sales leads and increase corporate revenue share of overall revenues.
- Expand our footprint: Strengthen our presence across key distribution channels, ensuring alignment with Qatar Airways’ global distribution strategy.
- Drive performance: Inspire and empower your team to achieve and surpass targets through exceptional leadership, motivation, and coaching.
- Build strategic relationships: Cultivate influential partnerships with industry bodies, airports, government representatives, and corporate clients across the UK and Ireland.
- Champion customer excellence: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the exceptional Qatar Airways experience.
- Maximize ROI: Manage budgets effectively to achieve the greatest commercial impact.
- Collaborate for success: Be a Champion of Salesforce adoption, work closely with global and regional stakeholders, including Marketing and Digital teams, to amplify brand presence and drive engagement.
Qualifications
- A proven record of success in corporate sales leadership within the airline or travel industry.
- Expertise in negotiating and managing complex corporate portfolios with a consistent track record of exceeding commercial targets.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, data-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- The legal right to live and work in the UK is mandatory for this role.
