About Qargo

Qargo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Transport Management Platform. We are a scale-up based in London and Ghent (Belgium), rapidly expanding across Europe. The platform is an ‘all-in-one system’, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built-in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability.

About the Role

Revenue Operations is the engine room of our commercial team. Our Business Development Managers can only sell effectively when the data in front of them is accurate and complete — the right companies, the right contacts, the right details. As our Revenue Operations Support Analyst, you'll own the research and data quality that powers our entire go-to-market motion, working hand in hand with our enrichment tools and directly with the Revenue Operations Manager. It's a hands-on, detail-driven role with a front-row view of how a modern GTM team really works — and a strong springboard into a career in Sales, Marketing or RevOps. If you're early in your career, curious, and take genuine pride in getting the details right, this is a brilliant place to start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and enrich company and contact data in our CRM (HubSpot) — finding, verifying and completing the details that matter most: key contacts, phone numbers, fleet size and transport type.
  • Run targeted enrichment using our data tools (ZoomInfo and Cognism) to fill gaps efficiently — keeping our CRM clean and genuinely useful, not cluttered with noise.
  • Qualify and route incoming companies — flagging the clear non-fits and directing partners, events and other enquiries to the right person across the business.
  • Work to clear priorities and playbooks, partnering closely with the Revenue Operations Manager to keep improving how we capture and maintain great data.

Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a real care for accuracy — this is the heart of the role.
  • Comfort working with data in spreadsheets, and the resourcefulness to track down and verify information from multiple sources.
  • A methodical, organised approach — you're happy working through a prioritised queue and following (and improving) a process.
  • The ability to research independently — working through unfamiliar problems on your own initiative and clearly documenting your approach so others can follow and build on it.

We offer

  • A competitive salary package, including all the necessary extra benefits.
  • Great growth opportunities within a strongly growing company.
  • A flexible work environment (flexible working hours, possibility to work from home).
  • A green office in Holborn, next to Covent Garden in London.
  • A great company culture!
