What the job involves

  • We are looking to hire an Integrations Onboarding Manager in our London office. You would own the integration journey of our customers, ensuring their systems connect smoothly with Qargo’s TMS and are fully ready by the time they go live.
  • You act as the bridge between customers, integration partners, and our internal teams, translating operational needs into clear technical requirements and keeping integration projects on track from discovery to activation.
  • Lead the integration onboarding cycle: from initial discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, testing and activation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding integration topics, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Onboarding Managers to align integrations with the broader implementation and go-live timeline.
  • Coordinate with integration partners and our Professional Services team to prepare, configure and validate system connections.
  • Monitor project progress, follow up on deadlines and proactively manage stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support pre-sales discussions where integration requirements are key, capturing technical input ahead of customer sign-up.
  • Continuously improve documentation, processes and knowledge sharing around integrations.
