About Qargo
Qargo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Transport Management Platform. We are a scale-up based in London and Ghent (Belgium), rapidly expanding across Europe. The platform is an ‘all-in-one system’, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built-in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability.
About the Role
As Customer Onboarding Manager, you’ll guide our customers step by step in switching from their current way of working to Qargo, ensuring a smooth transition, strong user adoption, and real impact on their daily operations. You’ll be their trusted advisor, helping them optimise their workflows while acting as the bridge between customers and our internal teams. This is a remote role based in the UK, ideally Midlands or South-West of the UK, with regular (weekly) travel to customers across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide our customers (transport companies) through the onboarding journey of Qargo, from kick-off and process analysis to go-live and aftercare.
- Analyse their current way of working, e.g. planning, order entry and invoicing workflows, and translate these into an efficient Qargo setup.
- Configure the platform and deliver hands-on training to our customers so they can confidently work in Qargo from day one.
- Act as the main point of contact during implementation. Check in regularly to ensure satisfaction, a smooth transition and strong adoption of the platform.
- Support pre-sales by analysing potential client needs and providing technical input during demos.
- Capture insights and improvement opportunities, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to continuously optimise our solution.
- Travel regularly across the country to meet customers.
Skills & Experience
- An operational background in transport or logistics (e.g. planning, dispatch), and curiosity about SaaS.
- Or experience implementing complex SaaS solutions and an interest in logistics operations.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys variety in their work.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused and passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience.
- Proactive, organised, and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- While this is a remote role, regular travel within the UK is required. Therefore, a valid driver’s license is needed for customer visits.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary package.
- A role with real responsibility, ownership, and impact.
- The chance to be part of our Dream Team, with opportunities to grow alongside Qargo as we expand across Europe.
- A flexible and trust-based working environment.
