About the Role
As Technical Support Officer, you’ll be a key member of our support team, providing technical assistance to clients across the UK, Belgium, Ireland, and the Netherlands. With your strong analytical skills, you’ll ensure smooth client onboarding, handle data management tasks, and configure customised mappings to keep client operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Be one of the main technical contacts in the support team, assisting clients and coordinating with engineering when needed.
- Manage the technical helpdesk for our clients across multiple regions.
- Communicate and educate clients on new and existing features through our helpdesk portal.
- Upload master data (drivers, vehicles, customers) into Qargo.
- Adapt PDF and email templates to match client requirements.
- Set up Excel/CSV imports and configure mappings to ensure data accuracy.
- Support clients with intermodal connections, order import mapping, pallet network configuration, and rate card error analysis.
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical/technical aptitude and confidence navigating software systems.
- Solid understanding of transportation concepts.
- Advanced Excel skills; scripting/programming knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills.
- Attention to detail and precision in handling administrative tasks.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving startup.
