As the Cabin Crew Base Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Singapore Cabin Crew base, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with safety, service, and performance standards. Managing a team of Crew Leadership Managers and Crew Experience Managers, the role supports our crew members across International operations. This position plays a key role in driving crew engagement, operational excellence, and customer experience outcomes. You will work closely with airport teams and other stakeholders to deliver seamless operations, manage local budgets, and implement business plans that support transformation and cost initiatives. The role also involves active engagement with unions, regulatory agencies, and third-party partners to ensure compliance and foster a culture of safety and service.
You will have:
- Extensive people leadership experience
- A strong track record in managing large, customer-focused teams in a 24/7 environment
- Experience designing and implementing commercial operations and business strategies
- A deep understanding of industrial relations, including working with unions and regulatory bodies
