As Jetstar Cabin Crew, every flight is a chance for adventure and to make people happy. You’ll love greeting our passengers as much as you love working with your crew. You’ll be conducting safety briefings, making sure everyone onboard is hydrated and fed, and bringing the fun along for the ride. You’ll remain calm under pressure and bring your professional A-game to all interactions.
Our Cabin Crew are our problem-solvers, holiday-makers and hosts-with-the-most. They’re an integral part of our safety delivery and make our customer experience better by being their naturally-confident, travel-loving selves.
Ready for your next work adventure?
We’re looking for someone who is:
- At least 18 years of age
- A customer service star with 1+ years’ experience
- Hold a passport with at least 12 monthsvalidity
- Able to work in NZwithout restriction or sponsorship
- Willing to get a First Aid andCPR Certificate, or has them already
- Willing to get aResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or has one
- Fit and healthy, able to swim and tread water
- Ability to reach 212cm with a maximum height of 186cm
- Happy with shift work and flexible hours
- Available to join us for 6 weeks of paid ground school training
Please note that this role is based in Christchurch, and you must be willing to live and work from this location. Any relocation or travel must occur before you start training and will be at your own expense.
