Q:alliance, a community-rooted LGBTQ+ charity delivering services across Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and surrounding areas, is seeking its first Chief Executive. The successful candidate will shape strategy, lead operations and governance, and drive inclusive leadership to advance the charity’s mission.
You will work with the Board, staff, volunteers and partners to strengthen financial sustainability, diversify income, safeguard communities, and extend impact through innovative collaborations.
