Under the leadership of the Solutions Director, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing activities related to pre‑sales and resource planning. This is a customer facing role so we are looking for someone who is not only comfortable in the spotlight but thrives on building immediate rapport and handling high‑stakes customer interactions. This position is full time, exempt, remote and required to travel in the EU/UK per business needs up to 75% of the time during peak sales periods.
Responsibilities:
- Influence prospective customers with support onsite and provide remote executive overviews
- Be a subject matter expert in all Redzone modules
- Lead onsite and remote opportunity assessments for prospective customers
- Provide mentorship and development for team members
