QAD |Redzone is building a Product Operations function and seeks a senior leader to stand it up.

The Head of Product Operations will own prioritization across the portfolio, govern new AI-powered product introductions, and measure impact of what we ship.

This role carries real decision-making authority over roadmap and product capability levels.

You’ll stand up the function with a small team and two specialist hires, set standards, and partner with the Chief Product Officer.
