What You’ll Do
- You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse and demanding portfolio of roles, with a primary focus on our Go-to-Market and customer facing teams.
- Be a Sourcing Machine: Develop and execute aggressive, innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates globally. You will be expected to leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS (SmartRecruiters), and your professional network to build a robust pipeline.
- Be a Trusted Partner: Work directly with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Operations to understand their needs, develop comprehensive recruitment strategies, and define the ideal candidate profile.
- Drive the Process: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit, moving qualified candidates through a streamlined, positive hiring experience.
- Coach and Advise: Guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and assessment, and provide real-time insights on market trends and compensation to ensure we remain competitive.
- Make an Immediate Impact: Negotiate and close offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages that align with our global standards.
- Master the Metrics: Manage and maintain impeccable candidate data in our ATS, ensuring all activities are tracked and aligned with key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the Future: Bring your best practices and innovative ideas to the table, helping us improve our recruitment processes and employer branding.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Hunting Experience: 5+ years of hands-on, full-cycle talent acquisition experience within a high-growth software or SaaS company. Your track record should demonstrate significant success in sourcing and closing candidates for GTM and customer facing roles.
- Go-to-Market & Services Expertise: A strong background recruiting for roles like Senior Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, Implementation Consultants, and Solution Architects across EMEA.
- Sourcing Prowess: You are a master of advanced sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage top-tier, passive talent. Use of tools such as Findem, HireEZ or Seekout or other AI-focused sourcing tool is highly desired.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You are comfortable working with metrics and using data to guide your strategy and measure success.
- ATS Proficiency: High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically SmartRecruiters or a similarly advanced system (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Growth Mindset: The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities with urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong communication (both verbal & written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
