Redzone has an exciting and strategic opportunity for a Partner Director to lead the development and expansion of our partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. This high-impact role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing strategic partners to drive incremental revenue and market penetration for QAD Redzone's market-leading connected workforce solution. This role reports to the General Manager, EMEA and can be based out of the UK, Germany or the Netherlands. Experience in building and managing an EMEA wide channel business, particularly with partners in the manufacturing technology, IIoT, or consulting space, is highly preferred.
What Youβll Do
- Strategic Partner Development: Develop and execute the comprehensive partner strategy for QAD Redzone in EMEA. Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners, including technology partners, system integrators, and manufacturing consultants.
- Partner Enablement & GTM: Create and manage joint business plans with key partners. Oversee partner onboarding, training, and certification to ensure they are proficient in selling and delivering QAD Redzone solutions.
- Revenue Generation: Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue to meet and exceed sales quotas. Manage a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through CRM (Salesforce).
- Co-Marketing: Collaborate with partners and the QAD marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing plans, demand generation campaigns, and events to build market awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary executive contact for key partners in the region. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to manage partner performance, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment.
- Administration & Reporting: Maintain all partner activities, pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce. Ensure all partner agreements and contracts are in place and managed effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, partner management, partner team management, or business development within the enterprise application or SaaS industry.
- A proven track record of successfully building and managing a partner ecosystem in the EMEA region.
- Deep understanding of the diverse business cultures and markets within EMEA.
- Experience with manufacturing technology, IIoT, MES, or connected workforce solutions is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the QAD Redzone solution is a major advantage.
- Demonstrable experience in driving partner-sourced revenue and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and standard office applications.
- Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages (German, French, etc.) are a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first, global team environment.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, conflict management, and relationship-building talent.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed (approximately 30-40%).
