Job Description:
The Manufacturing Solutions Consultant, under the leadership of the Solutions Director, manages activities related to pre-sales and resource planning. This full-time, exempt, remote role requires travel within the EU/UK up to 75% during peak sales periods.
This is a fully remote role located in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Influence prospective customers with onsite support and remote executive overviews
- Lead onsite and remote opportunity assessments for prospective customers
- Mentor and develop account executives
- Create technical scope and analyses such as ROI, cashflows, breakeven points
- Coordinate RFP/RFQ processes
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Ability to influence executives and business owners
- Build relationships and gain trusted advisor status quickly
- Strong business acumen in operations, CAPEX, budgeting, P&L
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and learn new software
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-growth environment
- Second language skills are a plus
Education/Experience:
- BA or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields
- At least 5 years in manufacturing operations, CI, or compliance leadership
