This is a permanent recruiting role where you’ll make an immediate and direct impact on our Go-to-Market and customer facing teams. This is not a passive recruiting role - we need someone who thrives in high-performance environments, can proactively source top talent, and consistently meet and exceed key recruitment metrics.

Please note: This is a fully remote position, and we are seeking someone in the UK to align with the teams you’ll support.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse and demanding portfolio of roles, with a primary focus on our Go-to-Market and customer facing teams.
  • Be a Sourcing Machine: Develop and execute aggressive, innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates globally.
  • Be a Trusted Partner: Work directly with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Operations to understand their needs, develop comprehensive recruitment strategies, and define the ideal candidate profile.
  • Drive the Process: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit, moving qualified candidates through a streamlined, positive hiring experience.
  • Coach and Advise: Guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and assessment, and provide real-time insights on market trends and compensation to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Make an Immediate Impact: Negotiate and close offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages that align with our global standards.
  • Master the Metrics: Manage and maintain impeccable candidate data in our ATS, ensuring all activities are tracked and aligned with key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the Future: Bring your best practices and innovative ideas to the table, helping us improve our recruitment processes and employer branding.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Hunting Experience: 5+ years of hands-on, full-cycle talent acquisition experience within a high-growth software or SaaS company.
  • Go-to-Market & Services Expertise: A strong background recruiting for roles like Senior Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, Implementation Consultants, and Solution Architects across EMEA.
  • Sourcing Prowess: You are a master of advanced sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage top-tier, passive talent.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You are comfortable working with metrics and using data to guide your strategy and measure success.
  • ATS Proficiency: High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically SmartRecruiters or a similarly system (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
  • Growth Mindset: The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities with urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong communication (both verbal & written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
