Overview
As a member of the Positive Behaviour Support Team and the wider multidisciplinary team at the college, you will work collaboratively with students, staff, parents/carers, and outside agencies, organising meetings and promoting collaboration to meet students' needs in a person-centred way.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with students, staff, parents/carers, and outside agencies as part of the Positive Behaviour Support Team and wider multidisciplinary team to organise meetings and promote collaboration to meet students' needs in a person-centred way.
- Use different methods of data collection to track, monitor, and analyse behaviour as part of the functional assessment process to support the development of proactive interventions within Positive Support Plans and Student Safety Plans.
- Uphold college values and model best practices in person-centred support to meet the needs of students and support colleagues.
- Work primarily at the college's main campus, with possible work at satellite sites as required.
