Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Manager. The M&A Manager will be responsible for driving and managing the financial evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions. Daily tasks will include performing due diligence, creating detailed financial models, and providing strategic input on deal structures. The M&A Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transaction execution and integration.
