About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a person wishing to work towards becoming a qualified ICT Technician on a site with a state of the art ICT infrastructure. The role involves learning to provide 1st Line hardware and software support, call logging services, asset management, general ICT administration (under supervision), and other ICT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first line technical support, troubleshooting, and remote monitoring services to customers and schools.
  • Log, manage, and resolve incidents through the Service Management System, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Act as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers.
  • Monitor support queues, escalate issues where required, and manage asset and change control activities.
  • Support project work and other ICT services as required.
