We are seeking a proactive and confident individual to join our Commercial Property team based in Glasgow, you will play a key role in enhancing our client service experience.
Responsibilities
- Processing contractor invoices via Microsoft Excel
- Preparing correspondence and letters and send these to customer/management via Microsoft Outlook
- Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries from customers, triage calls where appropriate to allow management to handle any urgent requirements
- Become a CPL Property Management System superuser. This involves correctly updating and saving new customer information or queries
- Data entry and processing via Microsoft Excel and CPL internal system
- Collating information for colleagues and clients using Microsoft Word, pulling information from the CPL management system
