This role is to provide technical support across all sites, on desktop and networking infrastructure.
Responsibilities:- Maintain systems, resolving any general workplace IT issues
- Deliver IT projects, such as a new workflow if relating to the build process, including the carrying out of testing
- Maintenance of company hardware, including the set-up or replacement of computers, monitors and tablets
- Build new user machines and ready them for use by end users, new or existing
- Manage and maintain good quality, accurate documentation on all IT processes
