QA in Bristol is offering an IT apprenticeship within the IT Services team based in our Bristol office. You will gain a formal Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship and paid on-the-job training.
The apprentice will develop practical capability across deskside support, endpoint troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, mobile device support, printing/scanning, video conferencing / AV support, user access issues, incident resolution and knowledge management.
