Brodies are looking to expand their helpdesk team in Glasgow by recruiting an IT Modern Apprentice! This apprentice will be working towards an SCQF Level 8 Diploma.
Whatβs involved?
- Providing first line technical support and answering helpdesk calls in a timely fashion.
- PC troubleshooting via telephone and remote control of the user's computer or at their desk.
- Supporting remote workers using Virtual Private Network (VPN), portal and web-based access.
- Assisting with setting up new colleagues on various systems.
- Installing software and applications updates.
- Setting up and supporting audio visual equipment in client-facing areas.
- System administration.
- Keeping technical systems and knowledge up to date.
- Assisting the IT Team with the implementation and support of new software and hardware.
