Vacancy Description: We are seeking an Apprentice IT Helpdesk Technician to join our growing team in Cannock. Our organisation is looking for a strong, independent, and reliable individual to join our IT Support team. The successful candidate will be required to work both independently and as part of a team to provide proactive support for our clients. The Helpdesk Technician handles the first level support requests that come in from our clients. They are the first to touch a helpdesk ticket and make sure that the issue is handled quickly, and the Client is informed of what to expect every step of the way.
