About the role: Supporting and assisting in the maintenance and continuation of day-to-day responsibilities of the IT Operations Team, working within the team to follow guidance from senior staff. Supporting and maintaining various aspects of technical operations of the business to ensure the smooth functioning of internal systems and infrastructure. Assisting day-to-day tasks related to security, hardware maintenance, software support, and both internal and external support services. Collaborate with other teams and team members to address technical issues and support business operations, whilst dedicating time to both work-based learning and study for the apprenticeship qualification.
