How will my apprenticeship work?

  • Your apprenticeship averages 12 – 18 months.
  • You are employed with time to study, receive a salary and holidays like all other employees and all your training is free.
  • Throughout, you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager.
  • They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop the skills to pass your assessments, and provide support.
  • The learning follows a blended learning model. You benefit from online and classroom training and also on the job learning.
