About the role: We are looking for a Digital and AI Support Apprentice to join our growing cloud support team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience in providing high-quality AI and cloud support to internal or external customers, troubleshooting AI-driven systems and cloud services to ensure availability, performance, and reliability at all times.

With AI operations, cloud troubleshooting, and AWS administration at its core, an AI Support Engineer role within the AWS public cloud is both dynamic and forward-looking. Alongside developing strong technical skills across AWS core services, AI/ML platforms, and cloud-native tooling, engineers learn to diagnose complex issues, analyse model and pipeline behaviour, report incidents, and clearly communicate solutions that enable data- and AI-driven business outcomes. This role supports the organisation in maximising productivity and innovation through reliable AI platforms, MLOps practices.
