About the role: Reporting to the Head of Business Systems, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing the systems that keep our business running.
You'll gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, Power BI, SQL, automation tools, AI technologies and in-house applications while working alongside experienced colleagues and external technology partners.

What you'll be doing: Provide first-line support for business systems, investigating issues and escalating where appropriate.
Assist with the administration, maintenance and testing of our ERP system.
Use SQL to support data analysis, troubleshoot issues and improve data quality.
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation using tools such as Power Automate, Python and AI.
