QA is seeking an ambitious apprentice to join our Edinburgh refurbishment centre. You will log and triage service calls, raise purchase orders, and support the refurbishment of Multi-Functional Devices while training on our platforms.
You will gain a nationally recognised SCQF Level 6 qualification and work closely with engineers and management to ensure quality records and efficient workflows. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with opportunities to progress within QA’s apprenticeship
