How will my apprenticeship work?

• Earn while you learn: Over 16 months, working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

• Helping customers with technical issues through email, chat, or phone.

What do I need to apply?

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
