Your Role
In this role you will coordinate the delivery of bespoke training programmes and act as the first point of contact to our client.
You will engage daily with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a variety of programme coordination activities.
These activities are to be delivered in line with the required training programme learning outcomes and in accordance with contract terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain programme plans to track progress and ensure successful completion of training programmes.
- Manage and prioritise coordination activities to meet internal and external requirements.
- Act as main point of contact for training programme for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain excellence in coordination activities including answering stakeholder queries, onboarding learners, managing commercials and evaluating training programme feedback.
- Collate, analyse and report programme feedback data.
- Present service delivery reviews to clients.
- Effectively raise issues, elevate risk and problem solve.
- Contribute to team meetings offering portfolio updates and knowledge sharing.
- Report commercial updates.
