We’re looking for someone to lead our Compensation Strategy & Management, including developing competitive compensation frameworks, managing salary structures and job evaluation processes, and overseeing the annual compensation review cycle. You’ll manage short- and long‑term incentive programs, provide guidance on compensation decisions, conduct pay equity analysis, and run compensation modelling.
You’ll also oversee Benefits & Wellbeing Programs, designing and administering healthcare, pensions, wellbeing initiatives, and voluntary benefits. This includes managing external providers, leading the annual renewal process, and continuously improving wellbeing offerings.
In Compliance & Governance, you’ll ensure all reward programs meet legislative requirements, oversee pay transparency and equal pay reporting, and maintain strong governance across compensation and benefits activities.
Through Data, Analytics & Insights, you’ll provide reporting on compensation trends, turnover, engagement, and market competitiveness, while improving HR systems and delivering regular insights to senior leadership.
You will also drive strong Stakeholder Collaboration, partnering with Finance on budgeting and cost modelling, working with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on organisational design and offer decisions, and communicating reward programs clearly across the business.
