Join QA as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in building and growing relationships with new and existing clients across a wide range of industries. You’ll be at the forefront of selling our industry-leading apprenticeship programmes in IT and digital, helping businesses upskill their workforce or hire fresh talent through our career-starting pathways.
QA is one of the UK’s leading digital and tech apprenticeship providers. In this role, you’ll offer impactful solutions including apprenticeships, access to the QA platform, and progression opportunities such as graduate apprenticeships through our exclusive partnership with UWS. You’ll apply best-in-class sales techniques, supported by ongoing coaching and mentoring. What You’ll Do
- Prospect for new customers and partners while maintaining and growing existing relationships
- Facilitate client meetings to present tailored solutions and maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare quotes and proposals, delivering high-quality presentations aligned with client needs
- Analyse and interpret sales data to strategically prioritize your pipeline and consistently exceed targets
