Your Role: As an expert in Enterprise Architecture, you will deliver innovative, high-quality training in TOGAF®, ArchiMate®, Enterprise Architecture, Operating Model Design, and Architecture Governance to a wide range of clients. You will enable learners to apply architecture principles and frameworks effectively within real-world organisational environments. In addition to training delivery, you will support the design and development of innovative learning solutions, helping organisations build architecture capability and align business and technology strategies. You will maintain high learner satisfaction, contribute as a subject matter expert, and collaborate across teams to support continuous improvement and business goals. With strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, TOGAF, ArchiMate, architecture governance, business architecture, and digital transformation, you will remain current with industry trends and best practices through ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Deliver high quality and engaging training in line with policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Performance & Quality Metrics: Attain a consistent Trainer Satisfaction Score (TSAT) of 92%+ and achieve ‘Meeting Expectations’ in trainer observations, utilise feedback to improve performance and effectiveness of training, conduct peer observations providing constructive feedback.
- Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and delivery of tailored learning programmes. Develop new innovative, engaging training courses.
- Client Engagement: Capably engage with clients to understand their business needs and identify appropriate learning solutions.
- Communication and Teaching: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to deliver complex architecture concepts in an engaging and practical manner.
- Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Proven knowledge and practical application of TOGAF®, ArchiMate®, architecture repositories, capability-based planning, and architecture governance.
- Architecture Delivery: Experience developing and delivering enterprise architecture initiatives, operating models, target state architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
- Business and Technology Alignment: Strong understanding of business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, and technology architecture, with the ability to align strategic objectives to technology outcomes.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms, digital transformation programmes, and modern architectural practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage senior stakeholders, facilitate architecture discussions, and communicate recommendations effectively.
Your Experience:
- Experienced in training, mentoring, or teaching technical content to professionals or students.
- TOGAF and/or ArchiMate certification, experience delivering architecture training, mentoring, or coaching professionals.
- 3+ years of experience in data systems or research.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
