This role requires holding or passing and maintaining security clearance for the duration of your employment in the role.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact and provide high-quality support to specified clients. Your focus will be to coordinate internal resources to ensure key tasks are delivered in line with required learning outcomes and in accordance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain programme plans to track progress and ensure successful completion of training programmes.
  2. Manage and prioritise coordination activities to meet internal and external requirements.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for training programmes for internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Maintain excellence in coordination activities, including answering stakeholder queries, onboarding learners, managing commercials, and evaluating training programme feedback.
  5. Collate, analyse, and report programme feedback data.
  6. Present service delivery reviews to clients.

Key Skills / Experience Required:

  1. Building and maintaining client relationships.
  2. Extensive cross-functional collaboration skills.
  3. Effective soft skills and emotional intelligence facilitating effective written and verbal communication.
  4. Comfortable presenting to clients both face-to-face and virtually.
  5. Proficient in analysing, evaluating, and reporting data.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint).
