Role: Senior People Adviser / People Partner Location: London Contract: Permanent, Full time Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week If you’re an experienced ER/HR Advisor or HR Business Partner and are looking for your next step in the wonderful world of HR, come and join our energetic team where you’ll receive an opportunity to work with a wide variety of cases and support various stakeholders within QA. QA is the UK’s leading tech training and talent solutions organisation, and our Head Office is growing to support our most valued asset, our very own people. The role will include: Engaging with external legal partners Supporting stakeholders with organisational change e.g., short term absence, grievance meetings, performance reviews, restructures, TUPE etc. Keeping on top of right-to-work, immigration and visa processes Contributing ideas and input into our company wide policies and procedures Advising on multiple scenarios from performance/disciplinary through to Employee Tribunal, ensuring actions advised on are followed up.
