About ENODA: ENODA's world-class team are building the first truly decentralised, intelligent energy system that will reshape how we generate, store, and distribute energy. Foundational to our holistic and integrated platform approach, the ENODA PRIME Exchanger is a first-of-a-kind dynamic power flow hardware designed to maintain "on-target" frequency and voltage, increasing grid efficiency and capacity for distributed energy sources like renewables and EVs.

ENODA ENSEMBLETM is our ecosystem co-ordinator of ENODA and third-party assets, able to forecast, aggregate, and bid capacity in real time, functioning as a networked "operating system" for the electrical grid. This is more than simply managing electricity flow. It is about creating the foundational system to prepare for a radically more capable, prosperous, and intelligent future.

About the role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join ENODA and begin a career in IT. You will support the IT team in delivering day-to-day support across devices, systems, and users, while developing foundational technical skills in IT support, troubleshooting, and customer service. This role suits someone who is curious, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in IT or technology.

What does the role look like?

  • Provide first-line support for users across hardware, software, and IT systems
  • Assist with setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup
  • Log, track, and update support tickets using IT service management tools
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with devices, applications, and connectivity
  • Assist with maintaining IT equipment and asset inventory
  • Support meeting room and AV / video conferencing systems
  • Learn and follow IT processes, documentation, and best practices
  • Work with senior IT team members to resolve more complex issues
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles.
