The role: Client Relationship Manager
Location: London, Hybrid – 3 days in the office & 2 days at home

What will I be doing?
You’ll develop new customer relationships using the sales techniques gained from our in-house training programme and on the job coaching to successfully deliver against specific, measurable targets.
What are my responsibilities?
- Identify and liaise with key stakeholders in new & existing accounts, by telephone, email and LinkedIn, to create sales opportunities for our Senior Account Managers.
- Prospect new customers whilst maintaining and growing our existing customer relationships to create sales opportunities.
- Maintain all relevant sales management information & report on sales activity using Salesforce.
- Understand QA’s unique selling points and use this to win more business.
- Deliver high levels of customer service.
- Constantly developing an understanding of your product offering and sales techniques.
What experience/qualifications do I need?
- Previous experience in business to business or a year in sales roles would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in technical sales or recruitment would be preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at beginner level
- Working to tight deadlines where high levels of accuracy are required
- Some experience of delivering against performance objectives.
